**PhyPhy’s Fashion Hub Terms and Conditions**

1. **Introduction**
PhyPhy’s Fashion Hub (“PhyPhy,” “we,” “us”) specializes in the sale of handmade fashion apparel , accessories and beauty products .These terms and conditions govern all purchases made from PhyPhy’s Fashion Hub. By purchasing from us, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these terms.
2. **Sales and Payment**
2.1 All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
2.2 Full payment is required before delivery or collection of the product unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Ownership of the product transfers to the Customer only upon full payment.
3. **Delivery and Transport**
3.1 Delivery costs, where applicable, are quoted at the time of purchase and are the responsibility of the Customer.
3.2 PhyPhy’s Fashion Hub does not cover transport costs for the return of products for repairs, inspections, or replacements, whether under warranty or otherwise, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and secure transport of the product to us for any replacement ,repairs or assessments.
4. **Warranty and Repairs**
4.1 **Free Repairs:** In the event of a manufacturing defect, PhyPhy will repair a handmade product free of charge, provided the product is returned to us at the Customer’s expense.
4.2 **Exclusions:** The free repair does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or modifications not authorized by PhyPhy.
4.3 To claim free repair , the Customer must provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt) and notify PhyPhy’s Fashion Hub within a maximum period of 1 week
4.4 **Repair Process:** Repairs will be conducted at PhyPhy’s facility. The Customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transporting the product to and from the facility.
5. **Returns and Refunds**
5.1 Returns for non-defective products are subject to PhyPhy’s discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
5.2 Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14 business days, excluding transport costs.
6. **Customer Responsibilities**
6.1 The Customer must inspect the product upon delivery and report any visible defects or damage within 5 days.
6.2 The Customer must follow care instructions provided with the product to maintain its condition and warranty eligibility.
7. **Dispute Resolution**
7.1 Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products will first be addressed through direct communication with PhyPhy.
7.2 If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the relevant consumer protection body, in accordance with South African law.
8. **General**
8.1 PhyPhy’s Fashion Hub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with updated terms communicated to Customers.
8.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
