Please note: ALL our products are good quality costume & handmade jewellery, we try to use the best possible materials to avoid tarnishing but this cannot be guaranteed 

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email [email protected] and we will discuss a way forward. We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase, but every situation is different ;-)

If more than 30days has passed and your purchase has a fault to it or has broken in  anyway, we cannot refund or exchange  as we truly don't know how you have treated that piece in that time frame , however with the handmade jewelry we can repair at no cost within the 30 days of purchase.If any handmade piece needs repair after 30 days from purchase date we can repair it at a small fee depending on the product and material used to make it.

Most of our items are hand-made and hand-crafted and some can be more delicate in nature than other pieces .

Your piece will last for as long as you look after it. 

We CAN offer refunds or exchanges but you will please have to courier to us or pay for the courier.
