PhyPhy’s Fashion Hub was born from a journey of resilience and passion. After losing my position as a restaurant and retail manager in 2022 due to the closing of the restaurant, I found myself at a crossroads. During this challenging time, I took a job at a jewelry shop, where I unexpectedly discovered my love for crafting handmade jewelry. This new passion not only brought me joy but also opened my eyes to the possibility of creating a fulfilling career while sharing the beauty of handcrafted art with others.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, I understand that exceptional service is the cornerstone of any successful business. This insight inspired me to train businesses on the value of customer service, emphasizing that satisfied customers are the ones who keep your establishment thriving. We empower staff and business owners with the essential skills to provide outstanding service, recognizing that every interaction can leave a lasting impression.I decided to combine the unconventional pair together in to the brand .

As a dedicated mother of two and a wife for the last 17 years, I’ve always believed in nurturing relationships—both at home and in business. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, I’ve spent 15 of those years managing and running businesses across various fields. My journey led me from Southern Africa to the UK and back, allowing me to immerse myself in diverse cultures and learn to engage with people from all walks of life.

This rich tapestry of experiences has shaped my passion for customer service. I’ve learned that the heart of any successful business lies in understanding and valuing the customer. It’s this insight that fuels my commitment to mentoring others, emphasizing that customers are the most vital aspect of any establishment.

My love for creating handmade jewelry blossomed unexpectedly during a challenging time after I lost my job in 2022. 
 

Then while working at a jewelry shop, I discovered the joy of crafting beautiful pieces, which not only reignited my creativity but also inspired me to share that joy with others. This passion led to the birth of PhyPhy’s Fashion Hub, where I combine my love for fashion with my commitment to exceptional customer service.
